The Tallahassee Community College Foundation and Alumni & Friends Association inducted 14 new members into their Hall of Fame on Thursday evening, September 30, 2021. The TCC Alumni & Friends Hall of Fame celebrates alumni and friends of TCC for their professional achievements, service to society, and support of TCC and its mission to promote student success.
“TCC is proud to celebrate its outstanding alumni and community supporters who live out the mission and vision of the College,” said Dr. Jim Murdaugh, President of Tallahassee Community College. “This is a well-deserved honor for the 14 individuals whose impact can be seen here within the College as well as in their communities.”

The Soaring Eagle Award was introduced during the event. The award was established to recognize young professionals who have recently graduated from TCC and who have made significant headway in their professions, exhibit leadership and drive, and show promise of continued success. Chad Coleman and Carlos Galindo received the inaugural Soaring Eagle Award.
There are currently more than 32,000 members of the TCC Alumni & Friends Association, and more than 160 members of the Alumni & Friends Hall of Fame.
